FIRST EDITION, FIRST PRINTING. SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR on the title page: "David Foster Wallace." In the First Issue dust jacket with "William T. Vollmann" misspelled as "Vollman" on the rear panel.
Condition: Minor soiling to top edge. Dust jacket unclipped (priced "$29.95 / $40.00 in Canada); spine panel lightly creased; a touch of wear at folds.
