FIRST EDITION, FIRST PRINTING without any mention of other printings on the copyright page. In the First Issue dust jacket of red on green featuring a mosquito design. Issued simultaneously with an alternate dust jacket in red, blue, and black with a cartoon representation of four card players aboard a yacht (no priority).
Condition: Light edgewear to cloth, primarily to spine ends. Dust jacket unclipped (priced "$2.50"); chips with loss to lower spine panel (affecting imprint); separation in spine panel rear fold (approximately 62 mm); spine panel toned; other minor edgewear and occasional soiling.
