FIRST EDITION, FIRST PRINTING with no mention of other printings on the copyright page. SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR on the half-title: "First Edition / Tom Clancy." In the First Issue dust jacket with six reviews on the rear panel, and no price listed.
Condition: Lower spine end of boards just pushed. Dust jacket unclipped (no price listed as issued); pale toning at jacket edges on recto, a few pale spots on verso; almost imperceptible pale stain to head of spine panel; very mild edgewear.
