Publisher's pictorial bright red cloth stamped in black; original illustrated dust jacket designed by Edd Cartier. Corners bumped, head and foot of spine just pushed. Cream endpapers; endpapers lightly toned, small penciled bookseller's notation to the front free endpaper recto. Internally clean and tight; text block edges lightly toned with minor wear. Dust jacket unclipped ($2.50); moderate edgewear, chipping to head and foot of spine and corners with some losses, spine sunned and somewhat worn, somewhat rubbed. Near fine book with very good dust jacket.
