comprising a portion of an episode from his great novel, A Death
in the Family. [c.1950-56].12 pages, 4to (11 x 8 ½ inches; 278 x 215 mm), on white Hammermill bond paper; paper-clipped with index card with reference notes in another hand; custom quarter morocco folding case.
Condition: First leaf with pale vertical strip of discoloration; penultimate leaf lightly stained with a few marginal nicks or corner folds; slight marginal wear to final leaf.
