Description
Franklin D. Roosevelt: Typed Letter Signed. One page, 7.25" x 10.5", on "Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland" imprinted letterhead. December 21, 1928. Mr. Roosevelt wishes the recipient, Arthur Carpenter, a very Merry Christmas. Mr. Carpenter was managed an inn in Warm Springs, GA, a spa town, where the future president established a hydrotherapy rehabilitation center for polio victims in 1925. Signed "F.D.R."Condition: Flattened folds, paperclip impression at the upper right corner.
