War of 1812 newspaper is complete as a single sheet newspaper (due to the newspaper printers fleeing from the British attack on Washington, DC on August 30, 1814) and contains front page and back page headlines: "FROM BALTIMORE" with news of the British being repelled from Ft McHenry and Baltimore, MD as a result of the Battle of Fort McHenry. This is an outstanding single sheet "emergency" issue of this newspaper with breaking news coverage of the successful American defense against the British attack on Baltimore at the Battle of Fort McHenry.
