Description
Millard Fillmore et al: Large Portrait Posters With Matching Designs for Fillmore and Franklin Pierce. A beautiful and impressive set of posters for the 13th and 14th presidents, Millard Fillmore and Franklin Pierce respectively. Both have hand tinted features with accents of jacquard gum arabic creating a visually striking presentation! The Fillmore poster measures 25" x 30.5", has a small 2" long tear in the right margin, and a few white specs from abrasions to the surface. These insignificant issues could be easily addressed with minor restoration if one desired, overall the poster displays in very fine condition. The Pierce measures 23.5" x 28.5". These exceedingly rare prints would look magnificent framed and displayed together.Condition: Some light abrasions and edge wear, else fine.
