Description
[New York Stock Exchange] Edison Stock Ticker. 14" tall (including the original glass dome) stock ticker. The interior marked "M'F'D By T. A. Edison, Inc. 9800." The heavy cast iron base has raised lettering with gold lettering, most of which has worn off or been painted over. It originally read: "Quotations Furnished By Western Union Telegraph Co Apply to Manager." Lacking the ink pad. Some wear to the black cushioning tape at the base of the glass dome.
