On the reverse of the base is a small plaque that reads George Washington Jean Antoine Houdon - Sculptor Limited Edition - Number 724 Commissioned by The U.S. Bicentennial Society 1976 Q549. A well made likeness of our first President.Condition: Excellent. Property from the Cary M. Maguire Estate, Dallas, Texas.
