Andrew Jackson and George Washington: Brass Advertisement Token. A charming piece, this 26mm token features a portrait of George Washington on the obverse and reads "C. Wolfe Spies & Clarke/ New York/ Hardware &/ Military Store." The reverse features a portrait of Andrew Jackson with the text "Cutlery, Platedware, Guns, & c./ 193 Pearl St. N.Y."Condition: The token has a green tint, particularly along the rim. Tarnishing, light scratching, and general wear can be seen throughout. In overall fine condition.
