Charles Evans Hughes: The 1911 E. D. White Supreme Court Studio Photo Signed by All Nine Justices. The 1911 United States Supreme Court is pictured in this large studio photo by Harris & Ewing in Washington, DC. It is signed by all nine Justices. The court is posed in their robes, each has signed under their images in the wide bottom margin: Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr., Willis Van Devanter, John M. Harlan, Horace H. Lurton, Edward D. White, Charles Evans Hughes, Joseph McKenna, Joseph R. Lamar, William R. Day.Condition: The photograph displays beautifully in the original frame to an overall dimension of 16" x 20". The back of the photo is sealed with original dust wrap and stamp from L. A. Bigelow Art Dealers, Established 1890, 42 Bromfield Street, Boston. Not examined out of frame.
