Page one advertises the availability for sale in Philadelphia of a pamphlet titled "American Independence: The Interest and Glory of Great Britain" lying out the natural causes that propel nations to become independent (partial loss to three lines of text), with repair. Page two mentions that "Congress has determined to declare America as an independent state...".

Condition: Edge roughness, light edge, partial loss of text with repair. A fine example of this rare issue.
