George H. W. Bush: Personally-Owned Golf Bag. 34" tall fleece-lined, patent leather golf bag made by Belding Sports Division of California and Wood Arts Golf, Inc. It has an overall stars and stripes design, along with the Presidential Seal on the front & back and the President's signature in three locations (part of the design). "Read my lips"... there can be no question who this belonged to. We even include a Letter of Provenance indicating President Bush gave it to an aide as a token of appreciation for his many years of service who then passed it on to Roger Maxwell, owner of "In Celebration of Golf".Condition: Some yellowing of the patent leather with minor abrasions on areas that saw repeated handling.
