Description
Abraham Lincoln: Large 1861 Civil War Patriotic Wall Chart. 26" x 36" hand-colored wall chart, titled "Lloyd's New Political Chart, 1861." It features President Lincoln, Winfield Scott, Gen. John Wool, Lieutenant Slemmer of Ft. Pickens and members of Lincoln's cabinet. Some damp stains, even toning, three vertical tears at top. Appears complete. Obviously issued very early in the war, April or May. Currently framed [not examined out of frame]. Probably mounted to board. From the Collection of David and Janice Frent.Auction Info
