First edition, limited to 500 numbered copies, this being number 278, and signed by the artist on the limitation page. Folio (12.625 x 9.375 inches; 323 x 242 mm.). [1, blank], [4, title, contents and foreword], 14, [1, limitation] leaves. Publisher's decorative boards, front with illustrated paper label with title and author; text block edges untrimmed; protective glassine dust jacket. Tiny amount of wear and nicking at spine ends; short tear at head of front joint; front label very faintly dulled; minor discoloration along bottom edges of boards; bumping at corners causing some small splits to paper. Previous owner bookplate at front pastedown; a bit of light thumbsoiling at front free endpaper. Glassine chipped, rumpled, and torn at edges; pale discoloration over front label.
