Profiles in Courage: A Rare Presentation Copy Made to Order for President Kennedy's Personal Use. This boxed copy has a special dark blue textured cover with the Presidential Seal. According to a Dave Powers letter on Kennedy Library stationery, only 100 copies were made for JFK to present to VIPs and big contributors. This mint copy was apparently never presented, as it is not personally inscribed by Kennedy. The President's signature on the frontispiece is a facsimile. Nonetheless, it is a rare and desirable form of JFK's most famous book.Auction Info
