Description
Allen & Wheelock Bar Hammer Pepperbox Revolver.Serial no. 607 [frame under grips and stamped inside grip panels], .32 caliber, 3 1/2-inch barrel cluster marked: ALLEN & WHEELOCK. Scroll engraved nipple shield. Smooth walnut grip panels.
Condition: Very good. Finish primarily a smooth grey patina with scattered signs of handling wear, age and patches of pitting. Noticeable dings and scuffs present to wood. Action needs adjustment. Moderately pitted bores. The Bill Bentham Collection.
