Description
Civil War: Group of Three 6th-Plate Tintypes of Various Union Soldiers.Includes: 1) Standing soldier posed against a patriotic backdrop. He wears a kepi and what appears to be a sack coat. 2) Pair of Union soldiers posed standing beside each other, one with his musket by his side. Each man wears a kepi and shell jacket. The buttons and cap insignia have been hand-embellished. 3) Unidentified militia officer posed standing in uniform. His hat has a "10" within a wreath insignia.
Condition: All examples with some a fade line along the borders but all are generally in very good condition.
