Description
W. & C. Scott & Son Double Barrel Percussion Shotgun.Unserialized, 12 gauge, 34-inch barrels with fixed front bead sight. Blued finish. Rib marked: LONDON FINE TWIST. Case-hardened receiver and hammers. Each side of receiver stamped: W.&C. SCOTT & SON. Checkered walnut half-stock. Blank oval escutcheon to base of stock. Brass tipped wood ramrod. Metal buttplate.
Condition: Very good. Finish primarily a dark grey patina with scattered signs of handling wear and fine patches of pitting. Scuffs and dings present to wood. Actions good. Lightly pitted bores.
