WWI Named and Numbered Purple Heart Medal and Victory Medal With Three Clasps.Includes: 1) Purple Heart, 25 x 47 mm, numbered 40416 on the rim and engraved "FRED J. SUMMERTON" on the reverse with split-brooch. Sold with a silver button hole pin and ribbon bar. 2) WWI Victory medal with clasps for St. Mihiel, Meuse-Argonne and Defensive Sector, full -wrap brooch.
Condition: 1) Wear to the gilt finish, otherwise very good condition. 2) Excellent.
