Colt Blackpowder Series Reissue Ulysses S. Grant 1851 Navy Percussion Revolver.Serial no. 3299 [barrel, frame, triggerguard, cylinder and butt], .36 caliber, 7 1/2-inch octagonal barrel with fixed front bead sight. Blued and case-hardened finish. Left side of barrel marked: ULYSSES S. GRANT COMMEMORATIVE - NINETEEN SEVENTY ONE. Etched cylinder scene. COLTS / PATENT to left side of frame. Smooth walnut one-piece grip.
Condition: Excellent. Overall showing very light handling wear and a few fine spots of pitting. Action tight, but functions. Bright bore. From the Collection of James Schubert.
