Lot of Two Colt Blackpowder Series Reissue 1851 Navy Percussion Revolvers.Comprising: 1.) Serial no. 31663 [barrel, frame and triggerguard], .36 caliber, 7 1/2-inch barrel with fixed front sight. Blued and case-hardened finish. Etched cylinder scene. Silver-plated gripstraps. Smooth walnut one-piece grip. 2.) Serial no. 23320 [barrel, frame and triggerguard], .36 caliber, 7 1/2-inch barrel with fixed front sight. Blued and case-hardened finish. Etched cylinder scene. Smooth walnut one-piece grip.
Condition: Very good to excellent. Each showing light handling wear, with a few trivial thin spots and fine spots of pitting. Few minor scuffs and dings present to wood. Actions crisp. Bores bright. From the Collection of James Schubert.
