Description
Gherman Titov Signed Color Photo with John F. Kennedy and John Glenn. A 10" x 8" silk finish photo of the three as they met in the White House on May 3, 1962. This was the first state visit by a Soviet cosmonaut and he was in Washington to relay his experiences aboard the Vostok 2 spacecraft to the Committee on Space Research (COSPAR). Titov has signed in silver ink and dated it in 1995; this was his first opportunity to have these photos in his personal possession as he had been prohibited from owning them since the visit in 1962.
