Description
Cased Smith & Wesson Model 19-4 City of Los Angeles 200th Anniversary Double Action Revolver.Serial no. 66K2583 [frame], .357 Magnum caliber, 6-inch barrel with fixed front ramp sight and micrometer adjust rear sight. Blued finish. Case-hardened hammer and trigger. Right side of barrel marked: CITY OF LOS ANGELES / 1781 - 1981 / 200TH ANNIVERSARY. Police badge etched into right side of frame marked: POLICE OFFICER / LOS ANGELES POLICE / 1981. Smooth walnut grip panels with inlaid S&W medallions. Contained in wooden display with blue felt lining, key and commemorative coin reading: LOS ANGELES POLICE / REVOLVER AND ATHLETIC CLUB. Top of box stamped: LOS ANGELES POLICE DEPARTMENT / TO PROTECT AND TO SERVE.
Condition: Very good to excellent. Overall showing light handling wear. Crisp action. Bright bore.
