Rogers and Spencer Army Model Single Action Revolver.

Serial no. 2400 [base of barrel and butt] and 2631 [cylinder], .44 caliber, 7 1/2-inch octagonal barrel with fixed front sight and frame notch rear sight. Blued finish. Top of frame marked: ROGERS & SPENCER / UTICA N.Y. Case-hardened hammer. "B" inspector mark stamped to right side of barrel and frame, along with left side of lever. Smooth walnut grip panels. The Rogers and Spencer Army Model Single Action Revolver was a black powder percussion revolver manufactured during the American Civil War era.

Condition: Very good. Finish primarily a dark grey patina with scattered signs of handling wear, age and fine patches of pitting. Noticeably dings and scuffs present to wood. Action not working. Strong bore.
