Lot of Two Winchester Model 1890 Slide Action Rifles.

Comprising: 1.) Serial no. 454572 [receiver and lower tang], .22 W.R.F. caliber, 24-inch octagonal barrel with fixed front sight and adjustable rear elevation sight. Blued finish. Case-hardened hammer. Smooth walnut straight stock and grooved fore-end. Crescent metal buttplate. Manufactured in 1911. 2.) Serial no. 526045 [receiver and lower tang], .22 short caliber, 21-inch octagonal barrel with fixed front sight and adjustable rear elevation sight. Blued finish. Case-hardened hammer. Smooth walnut straight stock and grooved fore-end. Crescent metal buttplate. Manufactured in 1914. Sold along with receipt from Jackson Arms in Dallas, dated June 12th, 1993.

Condition: Good. 1.) Finish is a bright grey patina. 2.) Finish is a dark grey patina. Each showing scattered signs of handling wear and fine patches of pitting. 1.) Minor scuffs and dings present to wood. 2.) Noticeable scuffs, dings and bruising present to wood. Actions good. Strong bores. From the Collection of James Schubert.
