U.S. Colt Artillery Model Single Action Army Revolver.

Serial no. 119579 [frame], 133901 [triggerguard] and X2173 [butt], .45 caliber, 5 1/2-inch barrel with fixed front sight and frame notch rear sight. Blued and case-hardened finish. Three-line, three-date patent and U.S. stamped to left side of frame. D.F.C. inspector mark just above serial number on frame. Smooth walnut grip panels. Manufactured in 1887.

Condition: Good. Finish primarily a dark grey patina with scattered signs of handling wear and patches of pitting. Tracking line to cylinder. Dings and scuffs present to wood. Action tight. Lightly pitted bore. Nelson A. Faerber Collection.
