Apollo 12 Flown Operations Checklist Book Originally from the Personal Collection of Mission Command Module Pilot Richard Gordon, Signed and Certified, with Signed COA. A 140+ page loose leaf book on 6" x 8" cardstock, three hole-punched and bound with large binder rings. On the front cover is the Part number "SKB32100081-307" and Serial number "1002"; it is dated internally October 6, 1969. This was an important document used by Gordon during the second manned lunar landing mission. Major tabbed sections include: "Reference Data", "G&N General", "Navigation", "Thrusting", "Targeting", "System Management", "ECS System", "Telecomm Procedures", and "Flight Emergency". Signed on the cover: "Flown on Apollo XII/ Richard Gordon". Very fine condition. From the Steven R. Belasco Collection of Space Memorabilia.Included with this lot is a signed Certificate of Authenticity stating: "I hereby certify that this Flown Operations Checklist is from my personal collection and was flown and utilized by me on the Apollo 12 mission."
