U.S. Colt Model 1851 Navy Percussion Revolver.

Serial no. 66719 [frame, triggerguard, loading lever and butt], .36 caliber, 7 1/2-inch octagonal barrel with fixed front sight. Blued and case-hardened finish. Left side of frame marked: COLT'S / PATENT / U.S. Brass triggerguard and backstrap. One-piece walnut grip. Manufactured in 1863. Considered the Third Model, serial number range 4200-85000, according to Flayderman's [5B-052].

Condition: Good. Finish primarily a dark grey patina with heavy signs of age, handling wear and pitting. Noticeable dings and bruising throughout wood. Action tight. Pitted bore.
