Description
Mass Arms Co. Maynard Primed Single Action Pocket Revolver.Serial no. 511, .28 caliber, 3-inch barrel with fixed front and rear sights. Blued and case-hardened finish. Etched floral cylinder scene. Scroll engraved primer door. frame, hammer and backstrap. Smooth bone grip panels.
Sold to Benefit The JM Davis Collection at the JM Davis Arms and Historical Museum.
Condition: Fine. Retaining approximately 40-50% of a thinning finish, the balance a smooth grey patina with signs of handling wear and patches of pitting. Scuffs and scratches present to grips. Large crack to each panel. Action crisp. Strong bore.
