Henry Deringer Pocket Pistol.
.41 caliber, 2-inch barrel with 2 bands. German silver dove-tailed front sight. Top of breech marked: DERINGER/PHILADEL. Left side of breech with signature P. Engraved hammer and lock which is also marked: DERINGER/PHILADEL. Engraved German silver mountings. Triggerguard finial is latest (1850-1870). See Flaydermann: pg 408. Walnut stock.

Condition: Very good. Dark age patina to steel. Mountings are all sharp with some soiling and age wear. Left wedge escutcheon absent. Hairline crack to stock near muzzle. Stock otherwise good to very good showing moderate age wear. Action functions.
