Description
Engraved Brooklyn Arms Co. Front Loading Single Action Pocket Revolver.Serial no. 1197 [front of frame] and 10 [frame under grip and inside grip panel], .32 rimfire caliber, 3-inch barrel with fixed front bead sight. Top of barrel marked: B.A. CO. PATENTED APRIL 14, 1863. Decorative scroll engraving silver-plated frame. Spur trigger. Five shot separate chamber cylinders. Smooth varnished walnut grip panels. Flayderman 8A-032.
Condition: Very good. Barrel and cylinder primarily a mottled grey patina with noticeable wear and pitting. 50-60% silver-plating to frame with scattered wear, thinning and patches of pitting. Minor scuffs to grips. Action good. Lightly pitted bore.
