Description
Lot of Two European Flintlock Pistols.Comprising: 1) Blued folding trigger. Marked ASHFORD on right side of frame and ALLEN on the left. Proofs marks under barrel and frame. Steel construction with one-piece walnut grip. 2) Appears to be marked LONDON on right side of frame. Steel construction with one-piece walnut grip. Faint proof present under barrel.
Condition: 1) Good to very good. Metal showing cleaning. Scattered pitting and surface rust. Grip in good condition. Action good. Pitted bore. 2) Fair, metal showing a dark grey patina overall with scattered pitting. Grip with losses and bruising. Action good. Bore pitted.
