Description
Japanese Tanegashima Matchlock Rifle.Unserialized, approximately .44 caliber, 41-inch octagonal barrel with flared muzzle, fixed front and rear sights. Brass matchlock action and triggerguard. Smooth hardwood full-stock.
Condition: Good. Finish primarily a dark grey age patina with scattered signs of handling wear and surface rust. Noticeable scuffs and dings present to wood. Trigger absent. Pitted bore.
