Description

His state guard were equipped with two series of finely etched halberds, dated 1589 and 1611 respectively. In each of the two series the quartered arms of von Raitenau and the Archbishops are surmounted by a Cardinals hat (to which von Raitenau would have been entitled as Papal Legate) with the six tassles of an Archbishop.
