Theodore Roosevelt: Nice Trio of Coat-tail Buttons from 1904. This lot has an 1 ΒΌ" trigate of Roosevelt, Fairbanks and Henry Burd Cassel, Congressman from Pennsylvania, in the Stand Pat motif and two Roosevelt-La Follette jugates issued when "Fighting Bob" was running for re-election as Governor of Wisconsin, or possibly as a Vice-Presidential hopeful. The buttons retain their original Pulver and Whitehead & Hoag back papers.
