Description

Studio Portraits of Helen McKinley and Anna McKinley. Color enhanced sepia portrait photograph of Helen McKinley, sister of President McKinley. Image measures 7.5" x 9.5" (sight), framed to an overall size of 10.5" x 12.25". Identified on verso in pencil in a contemporary hand. Together with an elegant portrait of Anna McKinley, the wife of McKinley's younger brother Abner. Anna's photograph measures 8.75" x 12", and is in the original frame measuring an overall 10.5" x 14.25". Both photographs are accompanied by their original exhibition tags used at the 1954 Somerset, Pennsylvania Sesqui-Centennial exhibit.
