Limited to 400 copies, of which this is number forty-six, and signed by the author. Publisher's brown cloth stamped in gilt on the spine, pink topstain, with original glassine wrapper and tan slipcase with paper labels. Topstain faintly soiled, front hinge cracked. Slipcase lightly rubbed and soiled, corners bumped. Very Good.
