First edition. Octavo. 449 pages.

Original dark green cloth blind-lettered on front cover, gilt-lettered spine. In the first issue pictorial dust jacket, with the front panel title lettering in white outlined in black. Jacket has been professionally restored, front free endpaper has faint tape mark. Overall, a near fine copy. Housed in a quarter morocco clamshell case.
