[Napoleon Bonaparte]. Empress Marie Louise of Austria Document Signed. One partially-printed page, 22.75" x 17.25", in French, "Imperial Palace of St. Cloud," July 25, 1813, giving "Sir Auguste Baccuer . . . a second lieutenant in the Regiment of Light Cavalry of the Guard of S. M. King of the Two Sicilies . . . permission to remain in the service of the aforementioned King of the Two Sicilies." Marie Louise (1791-1847) was the second wife of Napoleon and reigned with him as Empress of the French from 1810 until 1814. Folds with light toning and wrinkling at the edges.
