Description
Colt U.S. Army Model 1896 Double Action Revolver with Holsters. Serial no. 150771, .38 caliber, 6-inch barrel with front fixed sight. Blued finish. Left side of frame marked: R.A.C. Hand made bone grips. Sold with two holsters. Comprising: 1.) U.S. Sears leather holster, marked in ink: HOMER R. BRIAND / 1ST LT. 1ST CO. 28TH INF. / MASS. STATE GUARD. 2.) Brown leather holster with no markings.Condition: Excellent as refurbished. Light handling wear. Action is good. Bright bore. Holsters each showing some signs of minor cracking and storage wear.
