1779 John Paul Jones Comitia Americana Medal and Framed Illustration. 57mm in diameter. Stamped "BRONZE" on the plain edge. An early 20th Century reproduction of the original, with dents to the edges and wear to the high spots. Sold with an early illustration of the obverse and reverse of the original medallion in an oval gilded frame.Auction Info
