Rare Factory Engraved Single-Shot Derringer by J.P. Lower. Serial no. 6347, .22 caliber, 2-inch part round/part octagonal barrel, the sides scroll-engraved and top flat reading: J.P. Lower. Gilt-finished scroll and rocker engraved spur triggered brass frame. Case-hardened hammer. Mother-of-pearl bird's head grips. Condition: Fine. Retaining approximately 10-15% finish with remainder showing age wear and patina. Grips excellent. Action very good.Auction Info
