Signed and inscribed by the editor on the front pastedown endpaper, and with the recipient's bookplate. Octavo (10" x 6.5"). 247, [4, index] pages. Photographic frontispiece portrait of an elderly Clyman, illustrated with a portrait of Hannah Clyman, maps including one folding, and a facsimile page of Clyman's diary. Original blue cloth lettered in gilt. Bottom corner cut from Clyman's frontisportrait, away from the image, else an about fine copy. Housed in custom quarter morocco book-backed slipcase with five raised bands and gilt tooling on the spine.
