With four photographic plates from the film inserted. Publisher's full orange cloth, stamped in black on front cover and spine. In the original pictorial dust jacket. Heavy dampstaining to edges of book and jacket. Moderate edge wear. Previous owner's inscription blacked out on the front free endpaper, above the inscription.
