Description
1925-Dated Abraham Lincoln Cast "Emancipator" Bookends by the Pompeian Bronze Company. Each of these matching copper-coated zinc bookends are 3.75" x 5.5" x 2" in size, heavy (three pounds each), and pictures an angel appearing to Lincoln as he sits at his desk writing. The verso is titled "THE EMANCIPATOR" and signed by the manufacturer. Wonderful Art Deco style and in generally excellent condition with some light verdigris on one.Auction Info
