Description

"Creedmore Bank" Mechanical Bank made by J. & E. Stevens Co., Cromwell, CT, circa: 1877. Pull the action piece into position and place a coin on the barrel of the rifle. A paper cap may be inserted where the action hits the metal. By pressing the right foot, the coin is thrown into the bull's eye on the tree with a loud pop from the paper cap. As the coin enters the tree it strikes a gong bell. From the William Esser Collection.
