Description
*Winchester Model 1894 Takedown Lever Action Rifle. Serial no. 305531, .32-40 caliber, 26-inch octagonal takedown barrel with aftermarket Rocky Mountain blade type front sight and elevation rear sight. Blued finish. Fire-blued loading gate. Case-hardened hammer, lever and buttplate. Tang-mounted Marbles flip-up peep sight. Walnut stock and fore-end.Condition: Good as refinished. Retaining approximately 20-30% reblued finish, primarily on magazine, the remainder of gun with grey patina and scattered light pitting. Traces of case-hardening remaining on lever. Tang sight missing front screw. Wood showing wear and minor marks. Action good. Bore bright.
