Description
William Howard Taft: Celluloid Figural Toy. 1 1/2" tall celluloid figure in-the-round depicting Taft. There is a metal appendage at the bottom and an internal metal wheel or tumbler, mounted on an axle. We assume this toy had some sort of action - perhaps traveling up & down a high wire or bobbing.
